Kendrick Lamar & Dr. Dre Finally Meet [Photo]

Dr. Dre was apparently ready to let his actions speak louder than words.

Just a few weeks after phoning into radio to say that he was a fan of Kendrick Lamar, a picture of Dre and California up-and-comer surfaced online earlier today. Although there is no word on what the two worked on or of any future plans, the picture seems to signal that they are indeed working together in some capacity.

Last week, while Kendrick was up at the XXL offices to appear on our UStream show “Rhyme Time,” he spoke on what an honor it was to know that Dre, the cover subject of XXL’s latest issue, was a fan of his. At the time, the two had not yet met.

Kendrick Lamar’s (O)verly (D)edicated is available new. Check for the December/January issue of XXL, featuring Dr. Dre, on newsstands everywhere next Tuesday. —Adam Fleischer
