50 Cent and Ja Rule are back at it. Following news that Ja had copped a plea deal in a 2007 gun case, earlier today (December 13), and would have to spend time behind bars, Fif took to his Twitter account to type a few jokes.

“Damn da homie jah rule gotta do 2 years,” he wrote. “Tell him I said don't worry I got him when he come home. Lol. Yo word to my mother if anybody knock jah out and f**k him in jail its gonna be on. Lol. Yal know I'm crazy as f**'k so don't mess with my little homie jah. Lol. I'm well connected, I'm a say it again. I'm well connected don't f**k with my little homie jah."

Rule quickly caught wind of the wisecracks, and took to his own account to reply. “@50cent Nigga u PUSSY shut up before I smack u in yo mouth again lol,” he said. “The nerve of some niggas!!!”

“You see I was just trying to look out the homie now he mad at me why?” 50 responded. “I don't wish jail on nobody stay strong you little punk. Lol.”

As previously reported, Ja pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon this morning. The charge stems from a 2007 arrest when police found an unlicensed.40 caliber handgun in the backseat of his Maybach, following a traffic stop. He is expected to be sentenced to two years at his next court appearance on February 9, 2011 but as his lawyer Stacey Richman explained to XXLMag.com, will not have to begin serving time until he is finished filming a movie he is working on. —Elan Mancini
