Rappers be warned, Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch the Throne album is indeed on its way. Jay recently revealed some of the details on the project to British hip-hop radio personality Tim Westwood.

Apparently the duo have been recording over the last four days in Peter Gabriel’s Bath, England studio and they “knocked out” a lot of joints. Hov said they plan on putting 10 tracks on the CD and are very close to being finished. When asked about what producers besides ’Ye will be on the album, he remained tight lipped. [Listen below]

Earlier this week Yeezy told Funkmaster Flex that the album will be released via Def Jam Recordings and will be on shelves sometime in February 2011.

As previously reported, Watch the Throne was initially planned to come out as an EP but has since been upgraded to a full-length LP.
