Diddy’s music and business empire may be continuing to grow, but the store for his signature line just took a hit.

Women’s Wear Daily is reporting that the Sean John’s flagship store, located on 475 Fifth Ave in New York City, will be closing on December 30 of this year. A spokesperson for the brand cited “inadequate selling space” as the reason behind the shut down.

Last year, Sean John sued the owner of the building where the store is located for $2.5 million, claiming that scaffolding was obstructing their sign and hurting business—so much so, that they said their revenues had been cut in half.

The spokesperson said that the company is looking at spaces in both New York and Los Angeles to possibly open new stores. —Adam Fleischer
