50 Cent Leads Queens Coat Drive
50 Cent has seen his fair share of cold winters, and now he is doing his part to make sure one less person will be without a coat as the weather starts to turn. The Jamaica, Queens native linked with NYC council deputy majority leader, Leroy Comrie, to sponsor a coat drive in his hometown.
The G-Unity Foundation is currently holding a coat drive until November 26. Jackets can be dropped off at the council member’s office at 113-43 Farmers Blvd, St. Albans from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m, Monday through Friday. For additional information contact 718-776-3700.
