T.I. will be returning to the exact same federal Arkansas jail next week that he cohabitated as part of his sentence for his 2009 gun conviction.

According to the Associated Press, the King of the South will be entering Forrest City’s low-security premises on November 1, where he will begin an 11-month sentence for violating his federal probation.

Fortunately for Tip, the Los Angeles District Attorney has rejected a possession of marijuana charge that was pending from his September 1 arrest in West Hollywood.

In light of the news that the ATLien would be returning to jail he recently announced that he changed the title of his oft-delayed forthcoming album. King Uncaged will now be called No Mercy. While there is no exact date of release, reps for Atlantic told XXLMag.com that it will be coming by the end of the year. —Nicki Nahmeanez
