UPDATE: Kid Cudi Drug Charge May Get Thrown Out

Just days after Kid Cudi was sentenced to community service for a drug possession charge, tmz.com is reporting that the G.O.O.D. Music star may get his criminal record wiped clean.

According to the District Attorney’s office, if the Cleveland artist is on his best behavior for the next six months, the misdemeanor charge will be dismissed.

Although originally reported that Cudi entered a guilty plea in the case last Friday, TMZ is now saying that KC was never even in court and was instead given a adjournment in contemplation of dismissal (ACD).
