Petey Pablo Arrested For Carrying Gun on Plane on 9/11

Looks like there’ll be empty seat at this year’s VMAs. Petey Pablo, born Moses Barrett III, was arrested earlier this morning (September 11) at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport before boarding a flight to Los Angeles for the annual MTV award show.

Airport security discovered a concealed weapon in Pablo’s carry-on luggage and he was promptly arrested. He was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a stolen firearm.

According to tmz.com, bail was set at $50,000 and Pablo was released. He’s due back in Court on Monday. —Anslem Samuel
