Foxy Brown’s Brother Arrested in Credit Card Scam

Foxy Brown’s brother is joining the rapstress in the newspaper headlines. On the same day that she testified in front of a grand jury for violating an order of protection against her neighbor, her 35-year-old sibling was handcuffed for possessing forged credit cards and racking up a pricey tab at the Madison Avenue Hermes store in Manhattan.

According to the New York Post, Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand was arrested yesterday (August 11) outside the pricey shop, after his associate racked up close to $8,000 in digs. He was busted by cops surveying the store, along with three of his pals—one of which, led authorities on a high-speed chase before eventually pulling his car over.

If convicted, Marchand faces up to 15 years behind bars.

Meanwhile, as previously reported, Foxy is currently facing jail time for her own legal trouble, over an alleged dispute with her neighbor. She has yet to be indicted on any charges as of yet. —Elan Mancini

    Just a thought…… Siblings are siblings. Just because a rapper has fame and prestige doesn’t mean his or her siblings are following suit. Truth be told, they probably do shit just BECAUSE of that rapper’s fame and are usually jealous of them. Some real shit.

    Its all promotion for the new Book/Album Compilation…I work with foxy and Gav’s publicist and apparently if they can’t get good publicity we go for any…Th reality show is also in the works… These tactics are fictional as we will see down the line….for promotional purposes only they were offered 125,000 but foxy refused and responded with her lawyer stating that at least 500,000 on which they stated she may simply not still have that wow factor due to the barbie craze. So they want to make things interesting so the bid raises.Hopefully it works they are good ppl deep down.

    This is a pretty serious case given the amount of money involved. 15 years in prison to buy some shnazzy clothes really isn’t worth it.
