After months of leaks, videos, and interviews, David Banner and 9th Wonder finally have a release date for their collaborative album, Death Of A Pop Star, for this fall.

In a statement Banner describes the project as a labor of love. “If rap music was a woman, she would be locked in a basement deprived of love," he said. "Death of a Pop Star is her first attempt at sex in a long time and its going to be tantric.”

The duo have already released a video for their first single, “Slow Down,” and are now getting ready to drop the visuals for their next single, the Ludacris-assisted “Be With You,” shortly.
