Too Short Arrested & Charged With Misdemeanor Battery

Earlier today (July 15), Too Short was arrested and charged with three counts of misdemeanor battery, according to The Idaho Statesmen.

The Bay Area rapper, born Todd Shaw, was said to have gotten in a fight with security at the Knitting Factory in Boise, Idaho nightclub, where he was performing on Wednesday evening. The MC was briefly jailed, along with one of his associates who was charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery himself, before posting the necessary bond.

The altercation began after Too Short was stopped from taking some underaged girls back into his dressing room, according to police records. He could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.
