The Gansgta Grillz release, hosted by DJ Drama, features 26 tracks with songs produced by such big name producers as Tha Bizness, Needlz and Emile, among others.

Following up his two critically acclaimed mixtapes, 4180: The Prescription and the 4075: The Refill, 11:40: The Overdose is sure to get fans excited for the XXL Freshman’s Asylum debut, The Medicine, set to hit shelves soon. —Elan Mancini

  I don’t think you can be dissapointed with pill so far I heard track 15 (sorroundings) and that dude can spit, no slackin on the bars at all. His location would make anyone skeptic but is not the typical ATL flow at all.
