Ghostface Killah, Jay Electronica, Talib Kweli and Consequence are just a few of the rappers that will be hitting the stage next week in Brooklyn to help raise awareness for diabetes.

The show, dubbed “Mind. Body. Soul.,” will be hosted by Okayplayer, A Tribe Called Quest rapper Phife Dawg and actor Michael Rapaport. Phife, who suffers from diabetes, recently experienced a kidney transplant to aid in his condition.

Throughout the event, diabetic support organizations will be on hand to offer information and take donations.

The concert is scheduled for Wednesday, January 20 at 8 p.m. EST at The Knitting Factory Brooklyn. Fans can gain free entrance if they email rsvp@theheavysound.com before the day of the show.
