Atlanta stand up. Last night the ongoing beef between hometown rappers Young Jeezy and Gucci Mane was officially squashed over the air on DJ Drama’s radio show on the ATL’s Hot 107.9 FM.
During Dram’s interview with Jeezy, Gucci called in to extend an olive branch from behind bars to his longtime nemesis. “I just like to say, it’s way bigger than all of us,” La Flare said. “And I feel like the way the city been supporting our music they deserve this. “That’s what it is homie,” Jeezy agreed. “What’s understood ain’t gotta be said, we’re gonna do this for the city. So keep your head up, me and Drama gonna hold it down.”
The CTE leader not only ended his feud with Gucci but also DJ Drama, with whom he recently called out in XXL’s September issue.
