Busta Bus got busted in his wallet yesterday (October 23) in a Brooklyn courtroom to the tune of $75,000. The rapper was ordered to pay an Albany man that accused him of assault back in 2003.

According to the New York Post, the victim, Alex Duncan, claimed to have suffered nightmares and psychological after-effects after the Sept. 13, 2003 incident. As previously reported Duncan accused Busta of dousing him with water and punching him in the face during a break at a concert in SUNY Albany.

"I wanted something to come out of it,” Duncan told The Post of the case’s outcome. “I don't even go to parties anymore, because there's always someone asking, 'What happened to that Busta Rhymes case?' "

Robert Kalina, Rhymes’ lawyer, was not present at the the trial or yesterday’s hearing. As of press time neither Kalina or Busta have issued a statement regarding the case. –Elan Mancini
