New XXL editor-in-chief Vanessa Satten is giving away five tickets to this Friday’s (July 31) All Points West Music and Arts Festival starring headliner Jay-Z.

As XXLMag.com previously reported Hov was recently added to the bill after The Beastie Boys were forced to cancel due to health reasons. The first five readers to hit up the EIC on Twitter (twitter.com/vsatten) with the answer to the following question will win the tickets: which Beastie Boy was in the studio when Jay recorded “99 Problems?”

XXL recently spoke to Paul Tollet, the president of the show’s concert promotion company Goldenvoice to find out what to expect from the Brooklyn MC’s performance. “[Jay-Z] hasn’t really headlined these festivals in America…but in Europe, he’s been kind of ruling these festivals,” he said. “I think Jay-Z’s really going to raise the bar on this.”
