The three-headed monster wasn’t just in Las Vegas to shoot Eminem’s new music video. Em, 50 Cent and Dr. Dre were also at the Palms’ recording studio laying down tracks.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, while the rap giants were at the casino for a three-week stay, they showed up with their own special equipment to guarantee their presence was felt. “I think it’s the only time that we’ve had anybody in our studio where you could actually hear the sound through the walls,” The Palms’ owner George Maloof said. “The room … is four rooms in one. It’s, like, impossible to hear through the walls – except for those guys.”

“It was unbelievable,” he added, saying he was very impressed with what he heard. “They’re very focused and it just hit really hard. Before leaving, the trio even gave Maloof an appearance in Em’s video for “We Made You,” the Detroit MC’s first single off of his upcoming album Relapse.

The clip, which premieres tomorrow on MTV at 6 a.m., finds Eminem taking inspiration from the Oscar-award winning film Rain Man. Relapse, the first of two new discs Slim Shady plans on dropping this year, will hit stores on May 19.

In related Emniem news, the rapper inducted his idols Run-D.M.C. into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Saturday (April 4) in Cleveland. Dressed in the group’s signature gear - black leather jacket and matching black fedora – Em explained Rev. Run, D.M.C and Jam Master Jay’s international impact. "Two turntables and a microphone, that's all it took to change the world," he said. "Three kings from Queens made rap music in the b-boy stance a global phenomenon."– Elan Mancini
