Despite being found not guilty, it looks like R. Kelly isn’t in the clear just yet over his child pornography case. TMZ reports a private investigator is suing the popular R&B singer for unpaid services.

In a suit filed last week in Missouri federal court Charles Freeman claims Kelly failed to write him a check for $300,000. He alleges that he was hired during the Chicago crooner's highly publicized trial to "obtain and/or recover certain tapes that were said to incriminate” Kells.

Although Freeman asserts that he completed the job, he says he has yet to be compensated. In addition to damages, he is seeking interests and costs.

As XXLmag.com previously reported, Kelly skated on 14 counts of child pornography last June. – Elan Mancini
