Jailed Mobb Deep rapper Prodigy has sued Vox Music Group – an independent label that delivered his last album, H.N.I.C. 2 in over 14,000 languages –for a breach of contract, according to the New York Post.

In the suit, filed last Monday (March 23), P claims the label failed to pay him upwards of $30,000, forcing his family to foreclose on his house. He alleges that VMG was supposed to give him $10,300 monthly payments but missed three months. The Queens-based MC also says that the label did not give him his royalty statement and is asking to end his agreement with the company.

Billboard reports that Prodigy teamed up with the label last year to use VMG’s voice translation technology Voxonic.
