Diddy Hands Out Free Cab Rides On New Year’s Eve
Don’t worry about spending too much on cab fare this New Year’s. Diddy has offered to take care of the tab for ya.
New York’s Daily News reports that the hip-hop mogul and Ciroc Vodka has linked with New York City’s Taxi and Limousine Commission to distribute thousands of rides, free of charge.
Starting tomorrow (12/31) at 11 p.m., $15 debit cards that can redeemed for single cab rides, will be handed out by Ciroc street teams in the Times Square and Chelsea neighborhoods in Manhattan. The cards will be handed out until the supplies last.
“New York is the world’s most iconic New Year’s Eve city, so let’s lead by example and show everyone that a sophisticated holiday celebration doesn’t just end when the ball drops, but when everyone gets home safely,” Puffy said.
