T.I.P., federal charges, Shawty Lo...no one can seem to stop T.I.'s reign. Except high-end brands Gucci and Louis Vuitton, that is.

The rapper shot a clip for his Swizz Beats-assisted "Swing Ya Rag" weeks ago, but, according to MTV News, the clip has been shelved indefinitely because the two brands won't sign off on the visuals.

"We did it, and it came out hot," T.I. told MTV's "Mixtape Monday." "Louis [Vuitton] and Gucci started trippin' about it. They were saying we were infringing, in one way or another. They weren't happy about it. They didn't want it to come out. But it's hot, though."

In the meantime, Tip has moved onto a clip for his new number one single "Live Your Life."

The song rocketed up the Billboard Hot 100 chart, moving from number 80 to the top slot in only a week. The climb set the record for largest leap, previously held by T.I.'s last single, "Whatever You Like," which jumped to the top position from the number 71 slot in just a week's time. T.I.'s recent album, Paper Trail, currently sits on the top of the Billboard 200 charts.---LaTisha Robbins
