The Game Knocks Out Bow Wow In Madden Challenge And More In “The Roundup”

The anticipation rumbled like a thunderstorm. But in the end, Bow Wow couldn’t do anything to escape Hurricane Game. The final score betrayed the buzz, however, as The Game punished Bow 55-23 in their anticipated clash. The Compton rapper, using the Patriots, was too much of a match for Bow Wow and his hometown Bengals. “I’m the sh–, man,” Game yelled after his victory. “I don’t know what else to say. Shout-out to Jermaine Dupri for coming to pick up his little pup. … John Madden, I love you, man.” [MTV News]

Akon at it again? Not quite. ‘Kon was accused recently of striking a female concert goer with an elbow as the singer attempted to return to the stage after diving into the crowd. But he has released a statement on the incident saying the video circulating is misleading. “We are shocked to hear that there is a video clip circulating that suggests Akon treated a fan badly during his August 30th performance in Guyana,” his camp said in a statement. “There were no incident reports stemming from the event. Despite a late start, the concert was a tremendous success and we hope that Akon will come back soon.” Previously the singer tossed a fan from the stage during a show and later was charged in the incident.
