Incarcerated rap queen Remy Ma is set to release a new mixtape titled BlasRemy, hosted by DJ Bedtyme.

The 17-track collection features the former Terror Squad star collaborating with Papoose, Jackie-O, Shawnna, Jae Millz, and Chingy. The mixtape is available at her Web site, RemyMa.com.

"If," released last week, was the first offering from BlasRemy and the new freestyle to "Drink 'N My 2 Step" is the latest.

Remy Ma was sentenced to eight years in prison last month after a New York judge found her guilty on a number of charges stemming from a 2007 shooting.

During closing arguments Remy spoke before the judge and said : “I’m not a hardcore anything, I have feelings. I’m a wife, mother, daughter, a big sister."

The short speech may have gained her leniency; prosecutors were pushing for a 13-year sentence.

The rapper's legal team has initiated an appeal process.

In the meantime, Papoose, who revealed he was engaged to Remy Ma and later attempted to marry her in prison, has been outspoken on her behalf.--Jayson Rodriguez
