RUMOR: Did Jay-Z and Beyoncé Get Married Last Week?

While they have yet to officially confirm the story, mountains of evidence seem to indicate that Jay-Z and his longtime girlfriend Beyoncé tied the knot during a private ceremony in Manhattan on Friday (March 4). People magazine reports that a friend of the couple’s has confirmed the wedding, and photographers captured several images of celebrity guests, bouquets of flowers and other party favors arriving at Jay’s New York apartment.

Early Friday morning, workers erected a white tent atop the building in Tribeca, where Jay-Z owns a penthouse apartment. Not long after, an SUV carrying what seemed to be AV equipment arrived, followed by deliveries of party rentals and flowers.

A source tells PEOPLE that Amy's Orchids was hired to provide 50,000 to 60,000 white orchid blooms from Thailand for a "big party." At the apartment, waiters were seen practicing their service.

Then, on Saturday (March 5) Mary J. Blige also confirmed the nuptials when she congratulated the pair on stage during the North Carolina leg of her and Jay’s Heart of the City tour. “Congratulations to my man, Jay-Z, and my girl B,” she reportedly told the crowd of thousands gathered at the Greensboro Coliseum.
