Prosecutors in Miami have dismissed charges of disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest against Trick Daddy. According to the Associated Press, the rapper’s attorney convinced the prosecution that his client should have never been arrested and had committed no crime. Trick was arrested on September 10 following an incident at Tootsie’s Cabaret on State Road 441 and 183rd Street. He was accused of threatening staff at the strip club and refusing to be handcuffed after police asked him to leave. Local news cameras captured footage of the MC being wheeled into Jackson Memorial Hospital on a stretcher with minor cuts on his face. "My client got beat up, taken to the hospital and spent time in jail for being the victim of a crime," his attorney Jay White commented after the dismissal.
