New Evidence in Notorious B.I.G. Case, Judge to Allow New Defendants

New evidence has emerged in the murder case of Christoper “The Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace that suggests that rogue LA cop Rafael Perez was on duty on the night the rap star was murdered and may have been at the scene. According to the Associated Press, U.S. District Court Judge Florence-Marie Cooper has accepted this evidence and may allow new defendants, including Death Row Records founder Suge Knight, to be named in the Wallace family’s new wrongful death lawsuit against the city of LA. The family has long asserted that Biggie’s murder was carried out by Perez’s partner, David Mack, possibly on the orders of Suge Knight. Mack is currently serving a 14 year sentence for a bank robbery. The new evidence will also allow for the addition of three city detectives to the suit for either failing to prevent the murder, or concealing evidence. A previous suit ended in a mistrial. Thomas Reichert, an attorney for the city, said the newly introduced evidence was simply “old wine, new bottles.”

    Man, they late on that with “snitch Perez” on duty that night.No suprise there at all….if you comb through past pics, I remember seeing a picture of Suge Knight with David Mack and Perez all chillin together wearing red blazers. I knew from that picture that he was in on it too. Dirty cops and Suge…thats who it was…by now i think all evidence is destroyed and people who knew the truth has been killed over the years…Hard to prove now….

      First of all I would like to say that we all share the loss of two Poetic soldiers, However it kinda trips me out I mean I am what you call a real gangsta I been locked up in half of California state prisons before I even hit the age of 21 but my life has changed since those days, But I say that to say this: why is it that we all love the lifestyle of being gangsta but as soon as some real ass gangsta shit happens then people want to blame in this case Suge Knight which dont get it twisted he had his role but so did alot of people, but ask why? Money and where do they get the money?
