On January 10, Tony Yayo will begin his trial on charges of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child in connection with his alleged assault of the 14 year-old son of Jimmy “Henchmen” Rosemond. According to MTV News, Yayo’s lawyer, Scott Leemon, says his client’s case has been combined with that of Lowell “Lodi Mack” Fletcher, who was also present during the alleged incident. Fletcher, who was recently arrested on drug charges in Far Rockaway Queens, is a self proclaimed member of G-Unit, although Leemon refused to discuss his exact connection to Yayo. According to the New York Daily News, Henchmen’s son will be required to testify at the trial.
