As previously reported on XXLMag.com, Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of assaulting a 31-year-old man, Steven Acevedo, at a Manhattan nightspot, Kiosk, on October 13. The incident allegedly took place around 3:30 a.m. and, according to the New York Post, was triggered during an argument over a woman. Diddy and Acevedo were allegedly arguing when the Bad Boy mogul allegedly punched Acevedo twice in the face and screamed, “I’ll kill you, punk!” Now, according to AM New York, New York City police are looking to question Diddy about the fight today. “He hasn’t turned himself in yet,” Detective Mindy Diaz, a police spokeswoman, said. But according to police sources, Diddy was scheduled to appear at the First Precinct this morning (October 16) for questioning.
