An attorney representing Foxy Brown has asked to be excused from the case on Tuesday (October 16) after his wife was threatened by a mysterious man. According to the New York Daily News, attorney Alan Stutman says his wife was approached by a man last Friday night (October 12) in the lobby of their Brooklyn building. After getting out of a silver car, the man approached Stutman’s wife and said, “How can a beautiful woman like you be beaten up?,” before fleeing the area. Stutman had been representing Foxy on charges of assault, attempted assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon stemming from her alleged attack of a neighbor with her Blackberry cell phone. On Tuesday, the Brooklyn rapper, who is currently incarcerated for one year on a probation violation, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
