beanie1.jpgBeanie Sigel will surrender to authorities in Philadelphia on Monday (October 8) on charges of auto theft. According to the Associated Press, Sigel rented a 2007 Nissan Altima from Payless Car Rental in South Philly in July and failed to return the car on when it was due back on August 13. The rental company continued to charge the rapper’s credit card, but reported the vehicle stolen on September 6. The car was finally returned on Friday (October 5), but not before Philadelphia police issued an arrest warrant for the Broad St. Bully. Fortunato Perri, Beans’ attorney, says he has made arrangements for his client to surrender himself after the weekend. "We've learned that a warrant was issued for his arrest for failure to return a vehicle," said Perri. "Apparently there was some misunderstanding over when it was to be returned or whether or not payment was continuing to be made."
