BREAKING: Foxy Brown Sentenced to One Year in Prison

TMZ.com has reported that Foxy Brown has been sentenced to spend one year in prison. As reported earlier on XXLMag.com, a Brooklyn court indicted Foxy on charges she assaulted her neighbor with a Blackberry cell-phone. Shortly after, the hip-hop diva appeared in a Manhattan courtroom to answer to Judge Melissa Jackson about violating her probation after a string of run-ins with the law the past couple of months. Even though Foxy tried to apologize to Jackson, stating, “I’m willing to do whatever I need to do to change,” the judge didn’t buy it. According to TMZ.com, Judge Jackson called Foxy a “great actress” and said that if this was the first time the rapper apologized, she may believe it, but not now.
