lil-wayne2.jpgA teenager who says she was injured because of Lil Wayne’s negligent behavior at a concert has filed a $1 million suit against the rapper. According to the Daily Record, Tyrique Layne says that she received a “serious closed head injury” when she was trampled after Weezy and his entourage threw money into the crowd during their performance at Morgan State University last October. Layne also claims that she now experiences frequent and severe headaches, memory loss and a difficulty concentrating. The suit, which was filed on Monday (August 27) in Baltimore City Circuit Court, states that Wayne and company should have foreseen the crowd’s reaction to the stunt. Layne is seeking $1 million in damages. Wayne was opening up for Busta Rhymes during the October 19 show at the school’s Hill Field House when the incident occurred. Two other women were also reportedly inured and Morgan State officials subsequently banned from any future performances on school grounds.
