Lil Wayne, Common and Cee-Lo To Perform At 2007 MTV Music Awards

After being voted the “Hottest MC in the Game” by MTV News, Lil Wayne is leading a cast of all-star performers at this year’s MTV Music Awards. Common, Cee-Lo, Timbaland and Kanye West will also take the stage during the event, which takes place at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nev. on September 9. In addition, Timbaland will be the official Maestro of the VMAs, as the producer extraordinaire will create several “show-stopping and unexpected artist collaborations for this one night only.”
