Ja Rule Recruits Former Adversary, The Game, for New Album

When Ja Rule fans pick up his new album, The Mirror, they might be surprised to see a certain Compton MCs name on the CD’s liner notes. Ja recently revealed to Rolling Stone magazine that he has teamed up with his former adversary, The Game, for a new track called “Sunset.” “I don’t think people were expecting that,” Ja told the magazine. “But we got a hot record on the album.” During the height of the Ja Rule/G-Unit beef, when Game still played for 50 Cent’s team, he became embroiled in the conflict by association. After Game’s own beef with 50 led to his expulsion from the crew, the drama between him and Ja quietly died out and the two subsequently resolved their differences. The Mirror is scheduled for a November release.
