Foxy Arrested Again on Traffic Violations; Says She’s Pregnant
Foxy Brown was arrested again last week near her home in Mahwah, N.J. after she gave police officers an incorrect name and birth date during a traffic stop. According to The Bergen Record, the trouble prone rapper was pulled over last Wednesday (August 15) for talking on her cell phone and failing to stop at a stop sign. When officers Russell Read and Keith Ioria ran the license plates on her 2007 Range Rover, they found that her registration was suspended. When asked how to spell her name, Foxy gave “variation of her real name” and a birth date that was off by one year. After an initial search for the incorrect name turned up nothing, the Brooklyn native finally told the officers her real name and birth date. A subsequent search revealed that her license was suspended and officers arrested her and took her to the local police station. Foxy was then issued seven summonses for various traffic violations and released on her own recognizance. She is due in Mahwah Municipal Court on September 4. In related news, Foxy recently told a reporter from the New York Post that she is pregnant and plans to get married in September.
