Cormega Calls On DJ Premier and Alchemist for New Instrumental Album

It has been five years since Cormega’s last solo album, 2002’s The True Meaning, but the Queens Bridge veteran is finally making a return to hip-hop this year with two new projects through his Legal Hustle Records imprint. The first, Legal Hustle Presents Got Beats?, is a 13-track instrumental album featuring new beats from the following producers: DJ Premier, Alchemist, Moonshine, Ayatollah, Buckwild, Ski Beats, Heatmakers, J-Love, C-Mill, J Garfield, Emile, Jae Supreme and Ax. The LP will be released on October 9. Two weeks later, on October 23, Mega will then drop a new DVD, Who Am I. The documentary chronicles Cormega’s last four years, giving the fans an inside look at the life of one of QB’s most underrated lyricists.
