Wu-Tang Clan Holds Contest to Find Opening Act for Rock The Bells Concert

The Wu-Tang Clan and Loud Records are giving one lucky fan the chance of a lifetime with a new contest on Loud.com. From now to August 20, aspiring hip-hop artists can log onto Loud.com and use the website’s unique online recording studio to make their own songs using beats by RZA. Loud.com A&R’s staff will narrow down the contestants to 10 finalists and RZA will then chose the grand prizewinner on August 27. The lucky artist will win a trip to Hawaii to perform as the opening act for the Wu at the Rock the Bells festival in Oahu, Hawaii on September 1. The Wu-Tang Clan’s fifth album, 8 Diagrams, will be release this fall on Loud Records.
