Snoop Dogg Gets Reality Show on E! Network

The E! cable network has picked up a new reality show that will chronicle Snoop Dogg’s life as a superstar rapper, mogul and family man. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the as of yet untitled series is set to debut later this year. Cameras will follow Snoop as he attends closed-door meetings, recording sessions and attends to business at the youth football league he founded. The show will also offer an unprecedented look into Snoop’s life as a husband to wife Shante and father to his three children. "Snoop Dogg is, without a doubt, one of the most charismatic and intriguing personalities in pop culture today," said Ted Harbert, president and CEO of Comcast Entertainment, which oversees the E! network. "While he has captured a legion of fans as the king of hip-hop, what makes Snoop most interesting is the side of him that people have never seen."
