pras_mitchel.jpgIt has been 11 years since The Fugees released their classic LP, The Score. Since then, hip-hop fans have eagerly awaited a reunion. But according to Pras, all hopes of the trio reforming are officially dead. “We went in the studio and recorded a couple of records that were incredible,” Pras told Billboard.com. “But to put it nicely, it’s dead. Me and Clef, we on the same page, but Lauryn [Hill] is in her zone, and I’m fed up with that shit. Here she is, blessed with a gift, with the opportunity to rock and give and she’s running on some bullshit? I’m a fan of Lauryn’s but I can’t respect that.”

Even though The Fugees reunion may never come to fruition, that doesn’t mean Pras is giving up on his musical ambitions. Pras will release his new solo album, Experience, later this year. According to Billboard.com, a video for the single, “Pop Life,” was recently shot in Hong Kong, Dubai, Macao and Abu Dhabi.
