Paul Wall Heads To Iraq To Perform For The Troops

Houston rapper Paul Wall has agreed to travel to Iraq to perform for U.S. troops in the USO/Multi-National Corps Iraq Entertainment Tour. The USO is a historic organization that has spearheaded tours for U.S. soldiers for over 66 years. In 2006, the USO produced 346 entertainment tours to boost morale and ensure service members that America cares about them. “Being a part of a USO tour and performing for the troops is amazing,” says Paul Wall. “It’s so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and to forget what’s happening overseas. This is my way of letting them know I realize what they’re sacrificing and [I] am truly grateful.”
