vixen_diaries.jpgKarrine Steffans, the former video chick known amongst rappers and celebrities as Superhead, is preparing to release the follow up to her bestselling book Confessions of a Video Vixen. Upon the book’s release in 2005, Steffans had the entire music industry buzzing about the alleged affairs she claims to have had with some of hip-hop’s biggest players. Names such as Jay-Z, Ja-Rule and Diddy’s all appeared in the tell-all, in addition to famous athletes and Hollywood stars. Her new book, called The Vixen Diaries, is due in stores on September 25 and picks up where the first volume left off. At least one of the game's current top players, Lil Wayne, is outed as one of Steffans' more recent conquests in the new book. According to Steffans’ website, Diaries “unveils the heavily shrouded Hollywood backrooms and its coveted secrets and reveals an up-close and personal look at a life of fast money, drugs, and sex.”
