The film examines the past 10 years since Biggie’s death, including the rise and fall of Junior M.A.F.I.A. Narrated by Jamie Hector (Marlo Stansfield of The Wire), the DVD will be released on July 3 and tells D-Roc’s story as he acts as manager for Lil’ Kim and guides Junior M.A.F.I.A. through turbulent times after B.I.G.’s tragic death. Also included is an exclusive interview with D-Roc, who talks for the first time about Lil’ Kim’s perjury trial, why he refused to testify and the demise of Junior M.A.F.I.A. Life After Death: The Movie also includes footage from the Hot 97 shootout between Lil’ Kim and Capone-N-Noreaga’s camp in 2001.
