fab-cover.jpgFabolous will take the No. 2 spot on the Billboard Top 200 album charts this week with his latest project, From Nothing to Something. The LP moved 158,000 units in its first week in stores thanks to his smash single “Make Me Better.” Fab missed out on a No. 1 debut by dropping on the same day as country music powerhouse Toby Keith, who scanned about 45,000 more discs than the Brooklyn MC. Still, this represents the highest charting debut week of Fab’s career. His two previous LP’s, Real Talk and Street Dreams landed at No.’s 6 and 3 respectively.

Elsewhere on the charts we see Miami’s DJ Khaled with his new mixtape album We The Best. The Terror Squad member sold 79,000 copies and will land at No. 8, earning the omnipresent DJ his first Top 10 debut. The albums monster single, “We Takin’ Over” featuring T.I., Akon, Lil Wayne & Baby, Rick Ross and Fat Joe, has been enjoying a huge amount of radio spins in past weeks. In 2006 Khaled dropped, Listennn: The Album, which debuted at No. 12 with 44,000 in sales.
