mims11.jpgWashington Heights, New York rapper MIMS has been hit with a $7.5 million lawsuit by a talent agent who claims he skipped out a scheduled performance. According to the New York Post, Marquitta Blair says MIMS missed the April 5 show at club Eugene on Manhattan’s West 24th Street, even after she made a $2,500 deposit on his $10,000 fee. Apparently, Blair believes the “This Is Why I’m Hot” star skipped out on the show “because of his discriminatory attitude” towards women.” The lawsuit, filed in Rockland County, cites the rapper’s lyrics and claims that the defendant “has promoted and traded upon a pattern of conduct involving the belittlement and degradation of females as 'bitches' and 'hoes.'”
