KOCH Records Looks To Buy Navarre Entertainment

According to Billboard.biz, Entertainment One, the parent company of KOCH Entertainment, is looking to buy Navarre Entertainment Media. Navarre is an independent music distributor with total net revenues around $60 million. If KOCH were to acquire the company, it would give KOCH a total annual revenue base of around $190 million, Billboard estimates. It would also make KOCH the second largest independent music distributor. The deal, however, is not finalized and is still ongoing.
