Foxy was arrested in February at a Pembroke Pines mall after Queen Beauty Supply owner Hayssam Ghoneim claimed the rapper squirted hair glue at him, attempted to push him and knocked over display shelves in the store. A police officer who responded to a call placed by Ghoneim later stated that he had to employ a “takedown maneuver” on the diminutive rapper when he took her into custody. Having previously entered a plea of not guilty to the charges, on Friday (May 18) Foxy rejected a plea offer. Judge Joel Lazarus set a trial date of September 24.
