Eve Pleads Not Guilty to Drunk Driving Charge

An attorney for Eve entered a plea of not guilty on his client’s behalf today in response to her charge of driving while under the influence. According to website TMZ.com, Even was not present in the Los Angeles courtroom during the hearing. The charge stems from an April 26 incident during which the Philadelphia native crashed her gold Maserati into the center divider on Hollywood Boulevard. She was later released on $30,000 bail. She was also charged with registering a blood alcohol level in excess of the legal limit and failing to produce proof of insurance.
