According to the Associated Press, he was sentenced to five years probation and 800 hours of community service, but will avoid jail time. Had he fought the charges at trial and lost. He was facing up to 4 years in state prison. The charges stemmed from an arrest at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank on October 26. At the time the rapper was approached by police for a traffic violation and found to be in possession of marijuana. He was later released on $35,000 bail.
