Jin Explains Barack Obama Tribute

jin22.jpgFormer Ruff Ryders MC, Jin, has released a new song, “Open Letter To Obama,” dedicated to Democratic Presidential nominee, Barack Obama. “I just want to craft a record where I could express my personal point of view in regards to the election and hopefully spark some interest in those who may not have any intention of making their votes count,” Jin says. “I think Obama brings a fresh new perspective to the current state of political affairs. The upcoming election in particular is a great opportunity for many within and outside of the hip-hop community to make some changes that they are constantly seeking.” During the song, Jin praises Obama for his “bipartisan ways” and being opposed to the war in Iraq from the start. “I turn 25 this year so I definitely want to take this gift of making music and use it in a more meaningful manner,” Jin says. “Open Letter To Obama” is the first release from Jin’s upcoming LP, From This Day On. The single will eventually be released on iTunes and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Obama campaign.

We need to get prepared. If we refuse to stand up and represent us & allow everybody else to come into our neighborhoods, cities, counties, states and have a voice for what they think we want or qorse what they think we ought to have then that’s what we should not be ready for.

First off, Barack Obama is black and white, not arab ignorant ass muthafucka. Second, we need to get Hilary in there so we can have Bill back in office. Third, either way it go, if barack get in, Hilary vice pres. and vice versa. But dat nigga Jin corny ass shyt!

  • My Effin’ Opinion

I believe Obama will say and do whatever it takes to be accepted by the “white” community. If that means selling out his own people, oh well .. he’ll do it.

I already threaded this on the Jin track how Obama is blasting all hip hop ..

“I dont think the most powerful nation in the world should be represented by a woman or an arab”?!

Are you on the cracks, kid? Are you stooooooopid? Why the hell not? A fucking monkey’d do a better job than the cockend you’ve got now. And that’s putting aside your nuttty bigotry. Sheeeeeeet.

Fact is though, MFO is right. Same for Hilary. Once you get into politics, you get compromised by the people who pay your way up the greasy pole. You might start with good intentions, but when you’re in, your done. Jin needs to read some fucking history and stop chasing lucrative ambulances.

    @!
