DMX Misses Another Court Date

DMX’s legal woes continued yesterday (April 10) after he failed to appear for a pre-trial conference in White Plains City Court regarding a previous traffic charge. X was originally pulled over in White Plains, NY on June 2, 2006, for speeding next to police headquarters and driving with a suspended license. While the charges weren’t serious, DMX failed to appear in court on June 28, 2006 after he was previously granted two adjournments. X was arrested the following day and released on $2,500 bail on June 30. DMX was supposed to appear in court yesterday regarding the charges, but once again, he failed to show up. According to the Journal News, City Court Judge Brian Hansbury ordered him to court this morning (April 11) and if he does not show up, a warrant could be issued for his arrest.
